These words are based on emotions and will either raise or take away your power. It's best to be in control of your emotions than to be controlled by them. Don't you agree?
CAN'T
I Can't, means only two things. You don't know how or You don't want to.
If you don't know how, that's an easy fix. You are an amazing person and you can learn to do anything you desire. If You don't want to, then you have a problem and need to check your attitude.
BUT
Try replacing the word BUT with the word AND. This isn't an easy one to do.
The word But, negates everything before it.
ie... It's a nice day but it looks like rain.
Then it can't be a nice day since whatever comes before BUT doesn't matter.
say... It's a nice day and it looks like rain.
So now it can still be a nice day even tho it might rain. And who said a rainy day was bad? It takes both Rain and Sunshine to make a Rainbow.
BORING
When you say, "I'm bored", what you're really saying is, "I'm boring".
Are you boring? Time for another attitude adjustment...
HATE
Contrary to popular belief Hate is not the opposite of Love.
Hate is a lower vibration of Love. The opposite of Love is Fear.
Hate is a powerful negative emotion and will leave you feeling empty. That's what it does, it thrives on your energy and brings you down.
SHOULD
Use Could in place of Should. Should, sets you up for failure.
When you say, "I should", what you're really saying is, "I didn't want to".
Imagine saying to your friend, "I should be able to meet you for lunch".
So you're asking someone to see if you'll show up or not?! Saying, "I could meet you for lunch", leaves no room for doubt. Now the only question is when and where.
TRY
Try, is another word that sets you up for failure. You don't try to do anything. You either do or you don't. Try this...put your keys on the table in front of you. Now try to take them. You either take them or you act crazy and miss on purpose.
Want more words? Good! =]) How many can you come up with? For now this is more than a start if you are just realizing the power of your thoughts. The only things that really matter is what you say and do. Actions speak louder than words and words are a reflection of what you intend to do.
Have a Fantastic Day,
